On March 23rd, under the accompaniment of the main leaders of the Guangzhou Municipal Office of Overseas Chinese Affairs and the Tianhe District Foreign Affairs Office, more than 40 overseas students and professionals visited Huamei International School for inspection and study. In mid-December of the previous year, English teaching researchers from the Tianhe District Teaching Research Office in Guangzhou observed six English classes in the primary department of Huamei International School and highly praised our English teaching (five of the six research classes were rated as excellent classes, and one was rated as a good class with only a 0.5 point difference). The Guangzhou Municipal Education Bureau issued an official document (Guangzhou Education Supervision [2001] No. 20) on November 8th, 2001, approving Huamei International School as a first-class school in Guangzhou. On March 13th, as the first overseas curriculum project launched by the Ministry of Education of British Columbia (referred to as B.C.), the Elite Class project has been highly valued by the Ministry of Education of B.C. This time, the Director of the International and Private Education Department of the Ministry of Education of B.C. and the Deputy Governor General, Ms. Susan Penner, was specially dispatched to our school to conduct a comprehensive supervision of the implementation and management of the B.C. curriculum in the high school Elite Class project. To understand the development of private education in Guangzhou, on the morning of March 26th, Zhou Qingqiang, Deputy Director of the Guangzhou Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, led the leaders of the Municipal People's Congress Education, Science, Culture, and Health, and the relevant departments of the Municipal Education Bureau to our school for a special investigation, focusing on the three research contents of the main situation and educational experience of the school, the main problems and difficulties in running the school, and suggestions for promoting the development of private education in our city.

The purpose of this investigation is mainly to understand private education, especially the current development status of private education in our city after the introduction of the Private Education Promotion Law in 2002. Guangzhou is a central city with an open economy and society, but there are still several imbalances in education: the first is the imbalance between public and private education. The second is the imbalance between urban and rural education. The third is the imbalance between compulsory education and vocational education. Deputy Director Zhou also responded to the relevant suggestions, proposing solutions and improvement opinions for the specific problems.

**Our School's Third Academic Committee Was Successfully Convened**

On the morning of April 28th, the third academic committee of Huamei School was successfully held in the school. On April 25th and 26th, 141 "Asian Games Promotion Envoys" from 886 primary and secondary schools in ten districts and two cities of Guangzhou, and 11 finalists from directly under the provincial department of education, gathered at the Guangzhou Children's Activity Center to participate in the semi-final of the 7th Yangcheng "Little Mayor" selection event. On the morning of November 14th, in the conference hall of the Guangdong Provincial Office of Overseas Chinese Affairs, our school and Trischool in Bandung, Indonesia, held a sister school signing ceremony.

The school was founded by local Chinese as a complete school, using English and local languages for teaching, and introducing Chinese courses, with excellent software and hardware, ranking first in the local area. Through the matchmaking of the Provincial Office of Overseas Chinese Affairs, the school leaders carefully selected and considered and negotiated with the other party many times, and finally reached a consensus. Taking this opportunity of the Chinese Language Education Elites Nan Yue Forum, the formal signing ceremony was held with Trischool in Bandung. **"Southern Metropolis Daily" Education Expo Investigation Team Interviews Our School**

On November 20th, more than a dozen journalists from the training department of the Southern Metropolis Daily, including editors and managers, came to our school to visit and inspect the school's characteristics, education and teaching, achievements in educating people, campus culture, and many other aspects. It is understood that the Southern Metropolis Daily Education Expo investigation will last for two months, continuously visiting, learning, and inspecting characteristic education schools (institutions). As the only representative of private primary and secondary school education in the province in this event, our school accepted the special interview of the investigation team.

**Principal Xiong Jia Attends the China Private Education Development Conference**

On October 19th, the "China Private Education Development Conference and China Private Education Association (2009) Annual Meeting," hosted by the China Private Education Association and undertaken by the Hunan Private Education Association, was held in Shaoshan. More than 500 representatives from the private education community across the country gathered to discuss and exchange ideas on how to promote the development and innovation of private education, how to gather the strength of private education, further optimize the internal and external environment, and promote the self-improvement of private schools.

Our school is a private institution founded and directly managed by a group of returned overseas students. **Our School Officially Becomes the Guangzhou Campus of GIC Class Griggs International Academy**

On March 6th, Principal Kris Erskine of Hong Kong Adventist Academy visited our school. This was his second visit following the first one on January 9th this year, accompanying GIC Global President Dr. Don Sahly.

Principal Kris Erskine stated that Huamei School is the first project cooperation school of GIC class Adventis Education in Mainland China, which President Don Saly highly values. This visit was conducted at the request of Mr. Don Saly. Principal Kris Erskine mentioned that he has been appointed as the person in charge of GIC courses in Guangdong and Hong Kong, managing the GIC courses in both Hong Kong and Guangzhou (i.e., Huamei School).

The GIC headquarters, located in Maryland, officially approved our school as its affiliated campus in Guangzhou in June this year after a one-year assessment of our primary school's GIC courses, with the official documents delivered to our school in October.

The GIC class in the first grade of Huamei Primary School was established in September 2008, a collaboration between Guangzhou Huamei English Experimental School and the second-largest private educational institution GIC class Adventist Education (with nearly 6,000 member schools worldwide). The aim is to ensure that students excel in national curriculum subjects such as language and mathematics while fully introducing GIC's primary school curriculum and textbooks written by Adventist Education. This allows students to experience authentic American education in an American classroom setting, developing excellent English proficiency and skills in inquiry, cooperation, and innovation. Additionally, students take the GIC class's primary school academic proficiency test each year and can earn credits recognized by GIC class middle schools.

Since the establishment of the GIC class in the primary school over a year ago, the English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills of the current second-grade GIC students have greatly improved, with some students' reading abilities reaching the level of fourth and fifth graders in domestic primary schools. In September of this year, after a rigorous interview process, 15 students from both inside and outside the school were admitted to the first-grade GIC class. In just three months of study, the students' English listening, speaking, and reading abilities have developed to a gratifying and exciting extent.

On December 19th, nearly a thousand outstanding private educators from across the country entered the auditorium of the Ministry of Education to attend the National Outstanding Private Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens Commendation Conference, co-hosted by the Primary and Secondary Education Professional Committee, Preschool Education Professional Committee of the China Private Education Association, and the China Teacher Development Foundation. Xu Jialu, former Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, sent a congratulatory letter, and Chen Xiaoya, Deputy Minister of Education, Gu Mingyuan, President of the China Education Association, Tao Xiping, President of the China Private Education Association, Ji Mingming, Vice President of the China Private Education Association, and Guo Fuchang, Chairman of the Preschool Education Professional Committee, were among the leaders present at the conference. It is reported that the organizing committee carefully reviewed the application materials and selected 153 primary and secondary schools as national outstanding private schools, 101 principals as outstanding private school principals, and 50 teachers as outstanding private school teachers, based on the selection criteria and considering a wide range of representatives. There are 312 national outstanding private kindergartens, 213 outstanding private kindergarten principals, and 125 outstanding private kindergarten teachers.

Tao Xiping, President of the China Private Education Association, fully affirmed the positive significance and role of this commendation activity. He pointed out that since the reform and opening up, private education, as a part of China's education system, has played an active role in increasing educational investment, providing more educational opportunities for the public, and promoting educational development.

**Principal Xiong Jia was awarded the "National Outstanding Principal" honorary title**

The "National Principal Interview" hosted by the National Teacher Education Society has been successfully concluded. This activity, as a tribute to the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, is the first national-level activity approved by the Ministry of Education. The purpose of the event is to summarize the advanced ideas and valuable experiences of a large number of principals with ideas, capabilities, and influence that have emerged since the reform and opening up, to highlight the educational philosophy and values of the leaders of basic education schools, and to provide first-hand materials for the National Teacher Education Society to set standards for principals.

Principal Xiong Jia of our school was recommended by the Guangdong Education Society to participate in this "National Principal Interview Activity." He is one of the three famous principals recommended to participate in this activity in Tianhe District and is also the only principal of a private school.

Huamei School was rated as one of the first batch of "Advanced Schools in Characteristic Construction"

From May 19 to 20, 2011, the "Research Promotion Conference on the Construction of Private School Characteristics" hosted by the Primary and Secondary School Professional Committee of the China Private Education Association was held in Shanghai. Guangzhou Huamei English Experimental School, as one of the undertaking units of the project, sent Director Chen Xiaoying of the Teaching and Research Center as a representative to attend this important meeting.

Since the opening of the "Research on the Characteristics of Private School Operation" project of the Primary and Secondary School Professional Committee of the China Private Education Association in January 2010, each sub-project undertaking unit has conducted more than a year of practice and exploration. On the morning of June 21, 2011, the overseas Chinese teachers' training group for Indonesia in 2011 visited our school for exchange and study. During this exchange and discussion activity, our kindergarten, primary school, and secondary school each arranged two demonstration classes. After the class, the hosts and guests exchanged teaching experiences and had a constructive discussion on the teaching design and classroom organization of Chinese language education. The demonstration classes given by our school teachers left a deep impression on these teachers who will soon go to Indonesia for Chinese teaching. One of the students from the South China Normal University, who has never had actual teaching experience, said after watching the Chinese class of our young international students: "Seeing these young international students, I think they are very cute when learning Chinese. Since the establishment of the international class in 2004, our school has been committed to the construction of "Chinese as a foreign language" teacher resources, introducing the latest Chinese language teaching research results, enriching Chinese language teaching resources, and stabilizing and improving the team of Chinese teachers. At present, the recruitment situation of international students in the school has been very stable. This time, the Guangdong Provincial Office of Overseas Chinese Affairs recommended our school to the School of International Culture of South China Normal University as the observation school for the overseas Chinese teachers' training group for Indonesia, which is also an affirmation of our school's language teaching. Overcoming the difficulties at the end of the term, our school organized this exchange and study activity across kindergarten, primary, and secondary schools with the purpose of cooperation and exchange.

The visit of Leonardo da Vinci School from Germany at our school has come to a successful conclusion, and both sides have benefited a lot.

To further enhance the international characteristics of our school and promote the development of our DSD German program, our school established a friendly school relationship with the Leonardo da Vinci School in Berlin, Germany in 2010. In August 2011, during a meeting in Berlin, Principal Xiong Jia and Vice Principal Chen Xiaoying of the Secondary Department visited the Leonardo da Vinci School, laying a solid foundation for the development of the relationship between the two schools.

To promote exchanges between students of the two schools, our school actively contacted the friendly school and jointly organized this visit by teachers and students of the Leonardo da Vinci School to our school. This visit lasted from September 19th to September 30th and was the longest and largest delegation our school has hosted to date.

The school leaders attached great importance to this visit and arranged a variety of Chinese characteristic courses for the ten German students and two team leaders, including Chinese language classes, calligraphy classes, traditional Chinese painting classes, martial arts classes, Chinese folk music classes, and Chinese culture classes. In addition, our school specially arranged for teachers to accompany the German teachers and students to visit famous attractions in Guangzhou.

The German teachers and students expressed that they gained a lot during their visit to our school, especially from the exchanges with students from the German class and the international class. Here, they not only learned new knowledge about Chinese culture and improved their Chinese language skills but also made many new friends. The homestay with the families of our German class students over the weekend gave the German students the opportunity to experience Chinese family life and understand Chinese customs and sentiments.

The visit of the German students also brought great benefits to our students. Especially the students from the German class had the rare opportunity to interact directly with peers whose mother tongue is German, which provided them with a precious chance to practice German and understand the thoughts and views of young Germans today. Through exchanges with the German students, many students from the German class expressed a greater interest and motivation to learn German. The students from the international class and the German students learned and polished each other's skills in the Chinese class, spending a lot of wonderful time together.

The successful conclusion of the visit by the teachers and students of the Leonardo da Vinci School greatly promoted the further development of the relationship between the two schools. Students from our school are expected to return the visit to the friendly school next year. We firmly believe that the mutual exchange visits between the two schools will not only promote the continuous deepening of friendship but also enhance the mutual understanding between the peoples of China and Germany.

Principal Xiong Jia of our school was elected as an honorary director of the 5th Council of the Guangzhou Overseas Exchange Association.

On November 24, 2011, the 5th Council of the Guangzhou Overseas Exchange Association was successfully held at Guangzhou Tower, and Principal Xiong Jia of our school was appointed as an honorary director of this Council.

This is another grand event since the change of the Guangzhou Overseas Exchange Association in September 2005. More than 200 people, including heads of relevant departments in Guangzhou, representatives of honorary citizens from abroad, overseas leaders, and returned students, attended the conference. Lv Zhiyuan was elected as the new president of the Guangzhou Overseas Exchange Association. Twelve well-known overseas figures such as Zeng Xianzu and Chen Xiangmei were appointed as honorary presidents, and 248 people from all walks of life were appointed as honorary directors.

As an early returned overseas student who started a business, Principal Xiong has made outstanding contributions to promoting international exchanges and Chinese education. In recent years, he has successively received honors such as "Guangzhou Outstanding Contribution Award for Returned Entrepreneurs," "Top Ten Outstanding Returned Students in Guangzhou," and "National Advanced Individual of Returned Overseas Chinese and Their Relatives." Zhao Xinye, Pan Leshi, Huang Luolin, Mai Yongshan, and Tian Tian, five contestants went to Beijing to participate in the "Cambridge Young Learners English National Finals." After competing in impromptu speeches, on-site Q&A, and descriptive storytelling based on pictures, all five contestants achieved excellent results — Mai Yongshan won the second place in the Level 5 competition, while the other four, Zhao Xinye, Pan Leshi, Huang Luolin, and Tian Tian, all won the third prize in their respective levels.

Canadian Prime Minister Harper, who was on an official visit to our country, visited Guangzhou Huamei English Experimental School on the fourth day of his itinerary. One of the main goals of Harper's visit to China was to care for and promote educational and cultural exchanges between China and Canada. Huamei School, founded by a group of students who studied in Canada and returned to their homeland, has had multiple cooperation projects with Canada in the field of education, such as the Elite Class and Sino-Canadian High School. Canada is the largest source of students studying abroad from Huamei School, and it has contributed many talents to well-known universities at home and abroad. Therefore, it became an important stop for Canadian Prime Minister Harper's visit to Guangzhou and the only educational site during his visit to China.

Mr. Ray Sutton, the school superintendent of the British Columbia Ministry of Education in Canada, visited our school for an annual comprehensive review of the curriculum implementation and management of the Elite Class project, and also evaluated the supporting resources and facilities for the development of the project. Mr. Ray Sutton has over twenty years of experience as a principal and is rich in teaching and educational management. During his visit to Huamei, he highly affirmed our school's systematic and professional management in project management and also believed that the classroom management of the Canadian teachers was orderly and the teaching effect was obvious.

The first meeting of the Guangzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), 12th session, for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee was held. Principal Xiong Jia of our school, as an overseas Chinese affairs consultant, attended the meeting and was re-appointed as a CPPCC consultant for the new term.

At the first Guangzhou Municipal General High School Feature Course Expert Review Meeting in 2012, Principal He Binghua and Vice Principal Chen Xiaoying of the Secondary Department represented our school to attend the meeting, introduced the setting and implementation of our school's Elite Class English course for high school, and answered the experts' questions.

In the end, our school's Elite Class English course was recognized by the experts for its clear course positioning, complete course implementation system, qualified partners and professional teachers' effective teaching, and continuous supervision and evaluation of the Canadian curriculum. Our school's "General High School Elite Class English Course" was rated as one of the first batch of key projects, and will receive financial and enrollment policy support from the government. According to the assessment standards and requirements for the teaching level of general high schools in Guangdong Province, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education organized experts to assess our school's application for "Guangdong Province General High School Teaching Level Excellent School". In the end, our school successfully passed the assessment group's evaluation and became the only school in Guangzhou to obtain this title among the 8 schools that passed the assessment.

The Guangzhou Municipal Teachers' Day symposium organized by the Guangzhou Municipal Education Bureau was held at the Westin Hotel. Guests from all walks of life gathered at the Guangzhou Grand Theatre to attend the first Guangzhou International Urban Innovation Award Conference. At the invitation of the organizing committee, five students from the international class of the primary department of Huamei, Ding Rou, Rui Ji, Chen Jiamin, Ma Du, and Ma Yan, served as young award presenters. Vice Principal Chen Xiaoying of our school's secondary department attended the plaque awarding ceremony for the first batch of "Guangzhou Characteristic Schools" on behalf of the school, and our school was officially awarded the title of "Guangzhou Characteristic School." After singing the solemn national anthem, the 20th anniversary celebration of Huamei's establishment was about to begin. According to the unified deployment and arrangement of the Central Civilization Office, Guangzhou carried out the "Civilized Dining Table" action in-depth in school canteens, hotels, restaurants, and dining rooms, as well as in government agencies and enterprises and institutions, with the theme of "No Leftover Food, No Leftover Vegetables." Principal Xiong Jia of the main school and Zhang Yuanjie, a representative of the group, went to the United States to inspect the Greater Johnstown High School (Greater Johnstown High School), the cooperative school of the GIC class high school elite class of our school, in order to strengthen the connection between the two schools and implement cooperation promotion. This was the first visit to the United States by our school representatives after the principal of the GIC class high school visited our school at the end of April and signed the "Sino-American Friendly Cooperation School Agreement" with our school. 6. In the Grade 4 GIC Class MAP Reading test, Chen Yusi scored 226, Ye Kailin scored 213, Xu Siya scored 206, Zhang Runhui scored 206, and He Zelao scored 200. Their performance reached or exceeded the average score (200 points) of GIC Class local fourth-grade students.

7. In the Grade 4 GIC Class MAP Language Arts test, Wu Junye scored 213, Chen Yusi scored 219, Ye Kailin scored 209, Wang Hao scored 208, Dai Nanru scored 204, and He Zelao scored 201. The language scores reached or exceeded the average score (201 points) of GIC Class local fourth-grade students.

Yang Yingjie, a student from our primary school, participated in the National Youth Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship held at Beijing Sport University from February 10th to 16th, and won the second place in the junior group's compulsory all-around competition.

The second GOLD course meeting for German teachers from DSD schools in China, hosted by ZFA (German Foreign Education Department), was held at Huamei School as scheduled. More than 20 German teachers from DSD schools across the country and six German trainers (including Mechthild Spiegel, the chief consultant of the DSD project in China) gathered at Huamei to exchange experiences in the development of the DSD school project and to discuss German teaching methods in primary and secondary schools. The Guangzhou Middle School Students' Current Affairs and Policy Learning Competition, hosted by the Teaching Research Office of the Guangzhou Municipal Education Bureau, was held simultaneously at 12 venues across the city. Our school sent two teams from junior and senior high schools to participate in the competition. In the end, both of our school's teams won the third prize in the city. The group guidance teachers of our school are Wu Guangwei, Zhang Xiaorong, and Li Chengmin.

On March 7, 2014,

Qu Shaobing, the director of the Guangzhou Municipal Education Bureau, visited our school along with his team for an inspection and had a friendly discussion and exchange with the school leaders. The accompanying leaders included Huang Xuehong, the director of the Private Education Department of the Guangzhou Municipal Education Bureau, Zhang Zhongwei, the deputy director of the Basic Education Department of the Guangzhou Municipal Education Bureau, and Liu Enming, the director of the Tianhe District Education Bureau. The "Tianhe District Preschool Education Three-Year Action Plan and Standardized Kindergarten Construction to Welcome the Guangzhou Municipal Supervision and Acceptance" working group of four people came to the Huamei English Experimental School Kindergarten for supervision and acceptance. The expert group members, led by Huang Zhibin, a senior preschool education expert and provincial supervisor, accompanied by Liu Daojun and Wang Jianhui from the Tianhe District Education Bureau, visited the overall environment of the kindergarten and various activity rooms and functional rooms under the leadership of Principal Liu Sha of our school and Principal Cai Lu of the kindergarten. In the Guangdong Middle School Biology League held in April 2014, Xiao Jiayin, a student from Class 1 of the second year of senior high school, won the third prize in the provincial competition, and the teacher who coached her was Xue Jungong. Our school officially signed a contract with the GIC class GIC project to extend the cooperation of the GIC class GIC project to our junior high school department. More than 70 teams from across the province and more than 820 athletes participated in the competition. The scores of the 2014 Guangzhou Middle School Entrance Examination and the minimum control line for admission to high school stages have just been released. Following the excellent results in the college entrance examination, our students have achieved good results in the middle school entrance examination: Zhang Shaokang and Luo Yi scored full marks in chemistry! In the history of Huamei's middle school entrance examination, they have shown a strong performance! Deputy Mayor Wang Dong of Guangzhou Municipal Government led a team, accompanied by Qu Shaobing, director of the Guangzhou Municipal Education Bureau, Deputy Secretary-General Feng Jun of the municipal government, Deputy District Mayor Ding Jianhua of Tianhe District, and Director Liu Enming of the Tianhe District Education Bureau, to visit our school for research. The purpose of this research is to understand the development of private education in Guangzhou and to study and solve the current difficult issues that restrict the development of private education. Our school is one of the ten schools in this research and is also a representative school with prominent social forces in running schools and international characteristics. Accompanying Deputy Mayor Wang Dong to our school for research work were leaders from the Development and Reform Commission, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Finance Bureau, the Municipal Government Research Office, and the district governments of Tianhe and Huadu. Principal Xiong Jia represented our school and was invited to attend the symposium on promoting the development of private education, which was convened by Deputy Mayor Wang Dong and hosted by the Guangzhou Municipal Committee and the municipal government. Feng Jun, deputy secretary of the municipal party committee, Qu Shaobing, director of the municipal education bureau, and other leaders of the city and district, as well as fifteen representatives of private education workers from the Guangzhou area, attended the meeting. As a representative of a pure private school and also the vice chairman of the Guangdong Private Education Association and the Guangzhou Private Education Association, Principal Xiong Jia put forward relevant suggestions for promoting the development of private education after listening to the report of the leaders of the city and district: First, the positioning of private schools should be clear, that is, the inclusiveness of public schools and the characteristics, internationality, and diversity of private schools; second, issues such as the cost of private schools, teacher income, retirement and old-age care, and school fees. The Cambridge English Language Assessment and Cambridge University Press held a seminar on English teaching, testing, and teacher professional development in Guangzhou, along with the signing ceremony for the first batch of "Cambridge English Schools." Mr. Steven Miller, Director of East Asia of the Cambridge English Language Assessment, and Ms. Xu Ling, General Manager of English Learning in Greater China of Cambridge University Press, signed a memorandum of cooperation with Vice Principal Chen Xiaoying of our school, and our school officially became one of the first four "Cambridge English Schools" in mainland China to obtain official authorization from Cambridge.

The 2014 National German Language Certificate Project (DSD) Principals' Forum was held in Tianjin. The meeting was hosted by the German Foreign Education Department ZFA and the German Embassy in China, and undertaken by Tianjin No. 42 Middle School. The scores of the 2015 Guangzhou Middle School Entrance Examination and the minimum control line for admission to high school stages have just been released. Our school achieved good results in the middle school entrance examination: Zheng Anqi won the championship of Huamei's middle school entrance examination with a high score of 760 points, setting a new record for Huamei students' middle school entrance examination scores! Zheng Anqi and Liu Yushan both won gold for their alma mater with a score of 100 in the physics single subject! There are 14 students with a total score of more than 700 points! In the selection of the members of the Tianhe District Teaching and Research Office subject center group (hereinafter referred to as the center group members) for the 2015-2016 school year, seven backbone teachers from our school's secondary department were selected, with a term of one year. The summary meeting of the Guangzhou Middle School History Teaching Thesis Annual Conference was held in the first-floor lecture hall of the Changfeng Building at Guangzhou No. 6 Middle School, where more than 200 middle school history teachers from the city gathered. The thesis "Combining Movement and Stillness to Make History Classes More Efficient," written by Li Sulan, a teacher from our school's secondary department, won the second prize in the history thesis annual conference. Huang Mingmei's thesis "How to Choose Junior High School History Teaching Materials" won the third prize. The whole school's teachers and students were in high spirits, stepping out of the classroom to welcome the launch ceremony of our school's 2015 Sports Festival. Our school was honored to welcome a cultural exchange performance organized by the German Consulate General in Guangzhou, which was brought by four artists from the German theater troupe DELICIAE THEATRALES with the musical "The Magic of Singing and Playing" - a story about the musical prodigy Mozart. The Guangzhou Artists Association's Art Education Committee, the Guangzhou Primary and Secondary School Art Teaching Research Association, the Guangzhou Cultural Center, and the Guangzhou Art Teachers' Photography Professional Society specially held an exhibition of nominated members of the Art Teachers' Photography Professional Society. Mr. Huo Dixing's photography works from our school were selected for this art teachers' photography exhibition, and his works were included in the album "Light and Shadow from the Heart". The student photography club TD Society from our school also participated in the exhibition. A total of 39 works from consultants, special guests, and members were displayed in this exhibition, as well as outstanding student photography and videography clubs. The "2015 National Cheerleading League Guangzhou Station" competition officially kicked off in the beautiful "City of Rams" Guangzhou. More than 100 teams from various provinces and cities, with about 2000 athletes, gathered at the Guangzhou Sports Vocational and Technical College Gymnasium to compete for awards in 12 categories and items. After fierce competition with more than 20 teams, our young team members finally achieved the excellent result of the third place in the national cheerleading prescribed movement flower ball operation primary school group.

Our kindergarten was upgraded to a first-class kindergarten in Guangdong Province in May 2002, passed the first re-evaluation in December 2007, and welcomed the second re-evaluation on December 2 and 3 this year. After mutual communication and understanding, our school hopes to receive the schedule of lectures arranged by Education USA, so that both parties can recommend lectures that are connected with the classroom or curriculum to students in the future. We also hope that our school can arrange more students to visit the consulate's information resource center to participate in various thematic activities or lectures, allowing our students to broaden their horizons and increase their knowledge. Our school's English and international curriculum director, Chen Xiaoying, Vice Principal Ruan Zhenmei of the primary school division, and Director Cai Jianwei of the Sino-Canadian high school program and affairs office were invited to participate in this forum. General Yao Chengyou from the Guangzhou Military Region came to our school's middle school division and opened a wonderful lecture activity. The lecture was attended by Principal Zhang Wen of the middle school division, Chairman Jian Hui Jun of the trade union, Director Chen Mingren of the teaching department, Director Shi Wenping, Director Xiong Bianqi of the life department, and all members of the middle school literature society, as well as students who love literature. In this lecture, General Yao talked about his origin with literature and his creation in the field of literature, which benefited the teachers and students present.
