Holding a Master's degree from the University of Silesia in Poland, a Ph.D. in Educational Management from Beijing Normal University, and a Postdoctoral degree in Educational Management from Stanford University, Dr.Xiang has taught at universities in Poland, Germany, Belgium, and other countries. She has been actively involved in EU international teacher volunteer programs for years and has served as a Director and Principal at educational groups in Hong Kong and international schools in the Greater Bay Area. Additionally, Dr.Xiang is an active member of several educational NGOs.

As a seasoned educator, Dr.Xiang has conducted profound research on bilingual education, children's psychological development, and growth planning. She is eagerly looking forward to assisting more students at Huamei School in discovering the most suitable paths for their development.
