Since 2004, Ms. Chen has held various positions at Huamei School, including Education Research Center Director, Middle School Vice Principal, International High School Principal, till the current K12 International Programs Director. She is the Vice Chairman of the Private Education Professional Committee of The Guangdong Society of Education, holding qualifications such as US High School College Guidance Counselor, University of Cambridge MSE Oral Examiner, and Cambridge English Language Assessment-Train the Trainer. To sum up, Ms. Chen has considerable experience in international curriculum development and implementation, teaching administration and educational research.
