Dr. Zhang Keqiang holds a Master of Business Administration from Murdoch University in Australia and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the American University of Management Technology. Formerly served as a delegate to the 11th National People's Congress, a standing committee member of the Guangzhou Municipal Political Consultative Conference, Vice Chairman of the China Private Education Association, Vice Chairman of the China Overseas Chinese Merchants Investment Enterprises Association, Executive Vice Chairman of the International Chinese Business Association, and Vice Chairman of the Guangdong Association for the Promotion of Entrepreneurship by Returned Doctor Scholars.
